Samir Singhal, CMT/LMT
"Total body wellness has seen an incredible revival in the American mindset. My dedication to massage and bodywork has allowed me to assist those who wish to maintain the highest standards of mind and body health. Work in the professional massage field has given me the privilege to be able to say that my profession is my philosophy." -Samir Singhal
Why I Do What I Do
"Back when I was studying business administration and environmental management at Indiana University Bloomington, I found myself shifting from my usual studies to researching my predominant actvity, health and fitness. My East Indian heritage disposed me to a holistic lifestyle from a young age, but I never considered it something to turn into a career. That all changed when I realized just how many walks of life the total body wellness population emerges from. Athletes, businessmen, construction workers, even babies! With so many applications and types of massage, the differences in technique are like night and day. From that moment came the realization that massage therapy would encompass a lifetime worth of research and practice to hone the many exciting ways to provide recovery and stability to the body." -Samir Singhal
